DOGS
Your four-legged friends are welcome! Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times, and they are not allowed under any marquees - we have a Dog Creche, run by Dogs Trust if you'd like to drop them off in safe hands while you shop!
We expect this event to be very busy which may be overwhelming for some animals, so please bare this in mind before bringing them along.
CASH
We recommend bringing cash as well as your bank card, Wi-Fi can be a little hit-and-miss in the Quarry, and we don't want you to miss out!
FOOD & DRINK
We have a whole bunch of incredible vendors onsite, but you are also welcome to bring your own food and drink, but strictly NO alcohol!
Any reusable water bottles will need to be empty on arrival, you can fill up once inside.
TOILETS
We will have toilets all over the Quarry for you to use. There will be blocks close to the lower entrance, on the hill, and near to the bandstand. We also have baby-changing facilities onsite.
REUSABLE CUPS
We have our own reusable cups, thanks to our sponsors, Fibre Heroes, these are free, and we do ask that you return these at designated return points so we can use them again!
WATER REFILL STATIONS
We will be joined onsite by Bob, the Wenlock Water dispenser who can be found near the entrance to the Home & Gardens area, please fill up your reusable bottles here.
CHILD SAFETY
On arrival, you will be given an Aaron & Partners Solicitors wristband that you will need to write your contact number on, should we need to get in touch.
We also ask that you take a picture on arrival to the festival in front of one of our child safety banners that can be found next to both entrances.
QUIETER PERIODS
We are expecting Sunday of Shrewsbury Food Festival to be a little quieter in numbers, so if crowds aren't your thing, we suggest choosing a Sunday ticket. We'll have all the same epic entertainment, just less people, leaving you more time to chat to our exhibitors, and get involved in chef activities!
VOLUNTEERS
We have a number of amazing volunteers that work tirelessly over the weekend, so if you see anyone in a pink t-shirt please give them a HUGE thank you, without them, Shrewsbury Food Festival wouldn't be the event that it is!
